Refund Policy

You will not be able to withdraw money if you add money to your Cricket Spots account. Cash can be used to participate in leagues, activities, and tournaments on Cricket Spots. A case-by-case review of technical errors or issues may result in a refund or credit at our discretion. After deducting cancellation fees and taxes, Cricket Spots decides whether or not to reimburse a user. We will refund the wallet account from which the funds were deducted.

Please send an email within 48 hours if you have any concerns. The refund is processed using the same payment method or financial instrument as the original transaction. You will receive a refund within 5-7 business days after we receive your email if funds have been processed to your credit card or bank account without being credited to your Cricket Spots wallet.
